Refund policy
Return is available within 3 days from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company until the date of handing it back to the shipping company.
Exchange is available within 7 days from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company until the date of handing it back to the shipping company.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, please follow the steps below:
- The customer may return the product via any shipping company at their own expense to the company address mentioned on the shipping bill.
- Or contact customer service and provide the order number so we can issue a return shipping label at the customer’s expense. A payment link will be sent including the shipping label cost of 39 SAR (including tax and bank charges). After payment, the label will be issued.
Please note the following:
- SMSA requires the customer to visit the nearest branch to submit the returned item along with a copy of the return shipping label.
- The return label must be from the same shipping company that delivered the order.
- The refund will be processed after receiving the product in its original condition within 2 to 14 working days.
- Shipping fees will be deducted in case of return of products (full or partial) if the order originally qualified for free shipping due to purchases over 500 SAR, and the total order value falls below 500 SAR after return or exchange.
- Discount value will be deducted from the returned items if the order value falls below the required discount threshold after return.
