How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 working days inside Riyadh and 1–7 working days to other regions across Saudi Arabia.

We offer nationwide shipping for a flat rate of 21 SAR.

Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders over 320 SAR.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date you receive your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
When will I get my order?
You can either:
Send the item back using a shipping company of your choice at your own expense, or
Contact our customer service team to request a return shipping label. A payment link for 39 SAR (including tax and bank charges) will be provided before the label is issued.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–14 working days using the original payment method.
What happens if I return part of an order that qualified for free shipping or a discount?
If returning items causes your order total to fall below the minimum amount required for free shipping or a promotional discount, the applicable shipping charges or discount value may be deducted from your refund.
